GRIP™: RTE’s Newest Addition

RTE announces the availability of our newest product, GRIP™. GRIP is a hand-held data acquisition device that can be used to download trip records and other operating data from containers. GRIP™ is compatible with Thermo King, Carrier, Daikin, and Mitsubishi reefers. GRIP™ can be used as a standalone unit or in conjunction with our GRASP™ Remote Reefer Monitoring system. GRIP™ is based on a standard Microsoft Windows Mobile platform that allows customers to choose their own hardware platform or use one provided by RTE. For more information, contact RTE.
RTE Opens New Location in the Republic of Panama

RTE's new office in Panama City
In an effort to better serve our Latin American customers, RTE has recently opened an office in Panama City, Panama. Located in an international technology park next to the Panama Canal, RTE Panama provides remanufacturing services as well as sales/support of our industry leading remote reefer monitoring solutions.
Because of Panama’s strategic location, it is known as “The Hub of the Americas.” This means less down-time for our customers because controllers will spend less time in transit and more time in their trucks and containers. If on-site service is required, our service engineers are only a direct flight away from most cities in Central and South America.
