Electronic Remanufacturing
Since 1981 RTE has provided the Mobile Refrigeration Industry with a model for high quality, affordable priced electronic remanufacturing services. RTE is recognized as the world leader for repair and refurbishment of electronic controllers. RTE is capable of refurbishing any make of Electronic controller including but not limited to Thermo King, Carrier, Transicold, Sabroe, Klinge, Mitsubishi, and Seacold.
Field Service & Technical Service
RTE strives to provide start to finish support for its services and products. Our field service and technical support personnel have onsite experience in refrigeration terminals, onboard seagoing vessels and in maintenance areas. This experience combined with RTE’s worldwide partners Lyngsø Marine A/S of Denmark, SAM Electronics GmbH of Germany and Uzushio Electric Co. of Japan ensure a worldwide sales and service support for our reefer container monitoring system GRASP™. RTE provides on site or at RTE’s premises, Remote reefer monitoring site surveys, electrical drawings, 3rd party vendor interfaces and data printout interpretation assistance.

Product Engineering, Design & Consulting
Since 1981 RTE has provided the Refrigerated Transportation Industry with an independent source for a diverse selection of high quality, value priced products and engineering services. Innovative and useful products designed and/or manufactured by RTE have proven the company as a pioneer for new technology in the industry. Included were the first industry trip record download devices, first complete remote reefer monitoring system, and the first cost-effective digital data logger.
Today, RTE leads the industry with the most complete and comprehensive remote monitoring system in the world including software and hardware for ship and shore applications. This includes master and slave modems Compatible with the ISO Standard 10368. These modems interface with all the major refrigeration system manufacturers.
RTE’s engineering department provides a full range of services from design and development to manufacturing and end user assistance. RTE provides equipment specification assistance and OEM factory production Line inspections. RTE’s capabilities include microprocessor and analog hardware, embedded software and mechanical design to ensure a user-friendly and functional design. RTE engineers will work closely with our customers to ensure complete satisfaction by providing after sale assistance wherever needed.
